This wall has since been unplanked and is getting replanked from it's present height to the ground...for safety reasons.

The beauty of mdf is you can tap it and it's cheap.

1, it's wood cause i'd rather make it out of wood, get it right, then copy that over to a piece of alu. plate. Alu is expensive, wood is not.
2. superchargers DON'T get very hot. Turbochargers do. This is due to the fact that turbos are run off the exhaust, where are superchargers are run off of a belt. |

It's posible to attain the same shot without photoshop by adjusting your camera. I'm willing to bet that shot was taken in more light then it appears to be.
